CNC Workstations
The latest and most versatile addition to our range of equipment is our CNC Workstation. Our CNC Workstation is one of the most technologically advanced machines available today, enabling us to offer a broader range of products and finishes than many other processors.
Another advantage is the maximum glass size. Capable of processing panels 4500mm x 2500mm and up to 100mm thick this is ideal for ‘one piece’ shaped kitchen worktops and represents one of the largest beds in the UK.
With our CNC machines we can:
- Drill holes
- Route notches and cut outs
- Polish straight and shaped edges both internally and externally
- Write on the face of the glass using numerous fonts and produce geometric and artistic engravings
- Make shaped and straight cuts in multiply Laminated glass e.g. fire glass or for use in floors
- Produce straight and shaped polished engravings and scalloped edges
- Produce cerium polished shaped internal and external bevels
The applications are many and varied but include table tops, kitchen work tops with sink cut outs and sloped drainers, furniture glass, countertops, flooring, partition and doors.
